111120 psychic banners gif / flash

Scope is to design and create flash or gif banners 1 banner horizontal size 468 x 60 1 banner horizontal size 728x90 1 banner vertical size 120 x 600 I will provide you with some pictures (this way I know for sure copyright won't be an issue) The banners are for a psychic website. The banners shall contain some text and be nice, not annoying. With some blinking stars and black/dark blue background a psychic theme shall be made. Slow text changes. Furthermore your expertise in designing of course! At the end of the project, you will have to submit the banners for approval. Payment will be in escrow and release once the banners have been approved. Payment only through SL escrow service. Banners will have to be submitted in swf/fla so future mod's on the banners can be made. Schedule is short, please know I will select provider quickly.
