Someone to research & find T-shirt ideas

Hi. I am 21 year old internet marketer whose business is growing fast & steadily and I need to free up some time to be able to focus on what I am truly good at and what what I want to be spending my time at. The task for you to handle would be primarily. ** Fluent English (Spoken, written & read) required. You need to do research and find t-shirt designs ideas for my business. You need to provide you with phrases, ideas on the design to be created. I will provide you the niches you need to do research on. You need to look into the defined market and generate some really appealing phrases or design idea on that. You need to bring fresh concept every-time and not that are already done. If you have previous experience on this, that will be an advantage for you. Initially the work load with not be too much, approx 2-3 per day. But after understanding you skills and creativity the work load will gradually increase. So I am looking for someone to work with long term and potentially EMPLOY full time if you work fast, correctly & professionally.
