This is a very straightforward, small E-Book job for a good writer.
Note we currently have 5 ebook jobs on RAC ??" each is similar but with a different structure.
This job is ideal for someone with either academic or teaching experience ??" or someone with a degree in the arts.
You job is to write a mini e-book (30 pages) on spelling improvement. In addition to the 30 pages of content your e-book should also have three appendices (one page each) that cover links and short descriptions of internet resources you have found. The rules of primary sources/text books mentioned above don’t apply to this section. The first appendix should have links to videos, the second to useful content sites, and the third games and lesson plans.
Your writing needs to be based on academic research. This is very easy to find in the field of spelling and you can use Google scholar or similar sites to find it. University web pages are also great places to look. You can find research on university webpages by adding site:edu to your google search. You should only reference primary sources and text books ??" i.e. you should not get any information from regular websites as they are not reliable. You should reference a minimum of 2 research papers/studies/textbooks on each page. It’s also ok to reference the same source in multiple pages if necessary. Please use the Harvard referencing style in your text and include a list of references at the end of the book.
Your document should be delivered in Microsoft word document. For the purposes of this specification, a page a page in MS word in the default 11 point font with regular paragraphs and headings, but NOT double spaced, and NOT filled out with blank space, pictures, etc.
We have put together an approximate structure to help you decide what to write (attached). This is as much information as we will give you. These are the only guidelines you need to follow. After this we give you the freedom to be creative, do your own research, and come up with your own work.
