I need to add some interactive functionality to a Google Slides presentation using App Script. Here's the ideal setup:
- on the first page, the user has several dropdowns, then a submit button
- the presentation would advance to the title page and beyond, with slides appearing or being hidden, depending on the responses
Example, the dropdown would say "select your favorite fruit." If they choose "apples", then it would advance to slides about apples, and the slides about oranges would not be shown.
I don't need you to create any content - just an example document with what I described, with a slide containing the questions, a dummy slide about apples, a dummy slide about oranges, then a final slide that says 'Thank You; and would be shown regardless of your response . I will take it from there.
I have excellent command on Google Apps Script for Google Suite Applications. I can create the necessary script to select slides based on dropdown selection.
I have completed complex projects in GAS before. For instance
- Get live cyptocurrency data and create dashboard using coinmarket API
- Upload and Manage Videos in Vimeo using JSON API in google sheets
- Extract mails and attachments from gmail to google sheet and drive respectively
- Twitter functionality like retweet, auto-tweet, and so on
- Integrated Google Sheets, Forms and docs to create a dashboard and tracking system to track health data of individuals for a health care organization
