Business Pamphlet development & marketing materials development

I want someone to create business pamphlets and other professional marketing materials for my company, bolinske consulting & recruiting. Bolinske Consulting & Recruiting is a professional services firm that provides HR consulting to businesses in my area. I need someone to develop the brochures/materials including; graphic design work, writing assistance (in terms of how to best portray my services in the most appealing fashion). I will be looking for, at a minimum, 3 marketing pieces (1 being a brochure, 1 being a "savings coupon" that new clients can use, and 3 being a normal computer sized paper advertisement" This will require custom design, as all of the documents produced MUST resemble my website and services see: http://www.bolinskeconsulting.com. At the end of the contract, I will have ownership of want all materials developed, and require the final copies to be sent to me in a variety of formats (ones that can be adjusted as business needs change). The person accepting this bid should be comfortable with English writing/grammar as I will be looking for wording assistance on how to best portray my business. This project needs to be completed within 2 weeks upon bid acceptance. Lastly, since this project is to be completed in a short time frame, I will be expecting status updates every other day with samples of work that is completed. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I need the materials developed to work on Word, Publisher, and other operating systems. The developed materials should also work if I were to send an e-mail copy to prospective clients.
