Retouching of lookbook shots for fashion brand

We are an online fashion brand. We have just shot our new collection for our spring/summer lookbook and need a retoucher to retouch 51 shots. We will need you to retouch the model and clothing where necessary and crop shots to pre-defined dimensions (which will be supplied). The white background of some of the shots will need to be extended. We want the shots to look professional but not super retouched. We want the shots to be "refined" as it were and only retouched where necessary so that they still look quite natural. We have attached an example of one of the shots.
