Graphic Design Consultant in Taiwan

Wordbank is looking to expand our network of freelance graphic designers to work with as consultants for client landing pages. For this current project, we will be building a site targeting Taiwan, for a client who does hair transplants using robotic technology. In-country designers analyze existing landing page design, layout and functionality to determine suitability for the target market, without sacrificing the client’s corporate brand identity. Recommendations will be intended to improve user experience and align with user preferences in the target market and may include but are not limited to the following: layout, design, forms, buttons, images, animations, calls to action and overall suitability for the market. The client would provide the following: • Corporate design guidelines (e.g. CI sheet) • Sample corporate design pieces for reference • Functional, stand-alone landing page with assets or a working url All comments and recommendations will be documented in a template provided at the job’s start and sent back to Wordbank. Project Details: There will be an initial audit stage that will be approximately 1 hour to review the website and provide design recommendations. This first stage will be ready to send out 09 April 5 PM Denver time and would be due back 10 April by 8 AM Denver time. There may be a second stage of consulting or design work needed later on in the project. In order to succeed in this role, we believe you need to have the following: • At least 2 years of solid design experience, preferably in both web and print design. • Specialization/experience/interest in hair transplants/products. • Fluency in Traditional Chinese for Taiwan and English and native resident of Taiwan with a strong sense of local design and development standards. • Agency experienced desired, client/customer service approach required • Presentation skills to effectively explain concepts to colleagues and clients. • Receive and implement constructive feedback. • Employs best practices and keeps up with graphic and product trends. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Highly responsive. • Sharp attention to detail. • Strong customer service skills. • Strong team working skills, with the ability to be self-directed and independent. • Reliable and committed. • Driven to improve and grow.
