550236 Site Buildout from Illustrator (or psd if needed)

I reviewed your profile and want to do a project with you if you are available. I am looking for someone in US to do this new joomla site asap. New approved layout, custom designed from scratch, for a client. It is for a gold salvage company and will require current gold/silver market price to be pulled daily as text on home page. This will require pulling the market price from somewhere else. Their current site pulls it every 15 minutes. It will also involve installation of a "talking head" video spokesperson - getting final file from [login to view URL] next week. Also will have a "counter" for the payout of gold/silver to date this year. Client will maintain that. Our team will populate the content of the site using Joomla admin. We just need home page finished, and empty pages representing remainder of pages. Need entire site wrapped up by 2/17 at latest.
