I need 1 graphic design made of a mechanic in a lock and some text fonts styles

I need a small image design of a cartoon mechanic inside a lock to represent that we as a website have a secure review system so buyers can trust our website when the pick mechanics. I need this image to fit the circled part of our website. Please see attached image. Please make the file in PSD format make a big version 1000x1000 and a version that will fit our website. I also need some text style options for the text " It's 100% Free Sign Up!" that I can put in the middle of our website maybe like 10 different professional font styles please send psd for this as well. Please include all layers in your design just in-case we want to make text changes. 2 things need to be done in the design 1.)Make a secure type image of a cartoon mechanic inside a lock with stars above him then the text "Ratings You Can Trust" to the right of the lock. 2.) Give me some font styles to pick from for the words "It's 100% Free Sign Up!" that would look good on mechlancedotcom to go above the sign up forms.
