Simple Graphic Design Needed

I have employed Filipino workers in the past and am hoping to find another one, or someone that works for a similar wage. I am flexible with my work schedule. After the initial trial period the time that you decide to work will be up to you. I am concerned with the work being finished by Saturday evening of a work week, not the hours during a day that you choose to work. I need someone who can do simple graphic design, who is looking for a long term relationship. This could be an ongoing project for the next year or so. I need someone to design book covers for me. I need from 40-60 book covers per week, now. With the right team in place I could use as many as 120 per week. When I produce them myself I average 4-5 in an hour. They need to look good, but they do not have to be perfect. I would rather pay some to work fast, than pay someone that will take a long time to complete the job. The job is simple. Spend a couple of minutes researching what the book is about (if you are hired I will give you the sources that I use for this). Then find a photo on the web that is not copyrighted (if you are not sure where to look I can help with this as well). This is where the graphic designer comes in. The photo may need to be photoshopped, or cropped to get the best look. Then make a cover using the photograph, title, and author. As I said before I can do the whole process in about 10-15 minutes.
