Simple Social Network with Unique Features

Base of site: Responsive Mobile Viewable & Desktop Wordpress Website. -Social Network with Users Each User should have their own profile page to post Status Updates to for example [login to view URL] The homepage should be filterable for popular only posts, top reshares, and raw everything posts. - Be able to upload photos via Mobile Device, & via Desktop. - Be able to upload text posts - Be able to upload link posts Re-sharing of post button to users re-share profile page Up & Down Voting like reddit so most popular posts appear on homepage All Posts (Photos, Text, Links) should Last only 24 Hours and delete unless another users Re-shares the post where the post will refresh back to 24 hours left. - Guest/Anonymous no Login Required to post and reshare mode so visitors and try out the site without mandatory login. Social Network Invite or contact invitation feature. Notification Pager Sound Feature to contact someone urgently to share something or say Hi. Hopefully can be complete within 10 days but no problem if takes more time. Goal to stay under $150 for entire project - Make sure it works on all screen sizes and website browsers (responsive, & mobile viewable on small screens) If everything works out will have another project to make a apple & android app created for those app stores.
