takeover existing Word press site and maintain on an ongoing basis

We are looking for a freelancer to take over an existing wordpress site that has been created. the site is almost done, we just need some ongoing work to upload new text, banners, images and so forth. our major prefference would be for someone in the inner west of sydney that can visit us on site for meetings about the website and future direction, we see this has a long term position as we will have other sites that would need creating as well. We are not looking for agencies, more specifically for individuals that are self employed but working from home offices. We find that your are more flexible and easier to communicate with. other locations will be considered in your application, You will have experience in word press and graphic design for banners and other layouts.
