Website Account Are + 2 Other Pages (6 pages total)

Hi, This project would lead on from some other work recently done , we need an account section and 2 other pages. Account section is 4 pages (mostly neat tables and a bit of design) , each page will simply retrieve data from a table and open orders will simply supply a link to an already created page. 1 Page which will be a form with a few variables , will select category from choice of 15 which will give different options based on selection and add to a table. 1 Page is already existing but needs modifying slightly to allow a login at complete order.
