Build a Website - house plan to 3d images and video website

we need a website built, it will be a 3d house plan site offering to convert house plans to 3d and video walkthroughs. we want a character designed site that is light and fun, not wordpress or any template site but designed and built for us. when bidding please give what ideas you have in mind for our site. I will include some text and video samples but much of the text must be supplied by designer to fill in space and assist with overall site design. I want a very visual landing page graphically showing 2 dimensional floor plans coverted to 3d images and video for $39. Design must be very clearly showing what we offer and price similar to attached. job must be completed in 3 days with preliminary design within 24 hours. should be about 3 pages only, with submission form and linked to payment page that is to be set up by designer. (paypal or similar is ok) payment will be 20% on design approval and balance on completion of uploading and tested and running site to our hosting. last winning bidder did nothing for 8 days and wasted my time don't bid if you can not do!!!!
