Dashboards and push notification with Angular 2+ or Vue.js (Progressive web app).

In short: *Make Dashboards on demand like the images uploaded (Graphics probably feeded by JSON). *Push notifications with Service Worker *Progressive web app *Responsive desing ----------- We are a company dedicated to the eletric field. Our core business is to make real time SCADA applications for monitoring and controlling Hydreletric, Solar and Wind plants (More info here: [login to view URL]). As an example, 30% of Brasil wind energy capacity, is currently being monitored and controled by systems developed by us. Now we've decided to take a step further. All that data that we have access from hydro, solar and wind plants, needs to be presented and treated in a more efficient way. Our objective is to combine realtime data and historical data to genareted Dashboards that will help managers and directors to make the right calls. Also, the people closer to the process, will be able to see more technical information about what is happing and notify their supervision of whom is taking care of a problem previosly reported by the application (through push notification). Besides, soon we want to bring even more inteligence to the system using data science and IA. What we have so far: I uploaded some prints of a Angular PWA application that we have developed for a client. The application has a tab to show realtime data, and another one with historical data. This second one comperes genareted Energy with Goal, and it has been proved its efficiency in helping decision making. Now we have more clients wanting the "same" solution. Thats where the problem appers. We are not especialists in Front-end development, this application that we've build took a lot of effort and studying, and we believe someone expirenced could do the next one faster and better (from scratch). Now to the technicals: Our engineers (me included) are currently working on a back-end plataform (API) that will bring data to the front-end. So our idea is that the front-end developer won't have to worry much about how that data will flow. It will come for him as a JSON or a PathName from an Angular service. (We are not sure yet, but the data will come to the front-end one way or another). What we need, is a company or a developer that will be able to draw the front-end solution the way our clients want, with graphics and notfications (push) using PWA concepts. We prefer Angular 2+ , but it could be developed with another framework like Vue.js or React.js. It is important that PWA concepts are always in mind, we're trying to get away from Play store and Apple store, even though Apple is still not all on board with PWA solutions. It will go like that: We are going to upload a vision of what we need (Mostly graphics and push notifications (Service-worker)). The front-end developer will build the application expecting that the data that will come to feed the screen component as a JSON or a element of an array, as i said, is still unclear. Then send the applcation to us with random data for validation. Of course, everything has to be responsive, and depending on how big the screen of the client is, the Dashboards will be presented in a different way. We're also working on a simplify arquitecture to provide the developer a view of how the data will come to the front-end. (The requested part Restfull API and realtime part WebSocket/MQTT). My idea is once we have candidates, i'll provide more information in relation to terms and the arquitecture in gerenal.
