Development of Business Listing Website and Mobile App (Android) and also backend admin panel for Admin and vendors for management along with automated Billing/Invoicing & SMS.

I need a business listing website along with an hybrid mobile app. The website design should be highly professional. Website should be highly responsive and SEO friendly. To put it simple, we need a website on which we would register free and paid vendors. So first thing, we need a vendor management backend with rights to add more users to control it (like super admin, admin, editor etc). Second, we need a MLM module integrated to it, so that if anyone(User or Vendor himself) refers another paid vendor he gets some % as commission. Third User signup/login is another thing. Blog, Newsletters, SEO Friendly Keywords. The Website should be Mobile Friendly. The desktop design and mobile design should be different as per the screen size. Each paid/registered vendor would get a backend to showcase his products/edit his details, banners etc. We need main banner, side banner and lower banner that should be City and Area wise changeable. Each banner should have multiple image holders. SMS API, Payment Gateways, PAN India MAP API, etc would have to be integrated. Practically Everything is supposed to have a dynamic backend to be controlled from. We would be giving registered/paid vendors access to dynamic pages to showcase their products. It would have vendor management, User management, Automated Billing/Invoice, Email Management, Multi Level Marketing till (level 2 only). Technologies preferred : Laravel, React Native, Code Ignitor, CSS, CSS3, HTML, MySQL, Android ****This is a start to end project. Right from Logo Designing, Website Designing, App Designing till the delivery of all the modules, freelancer would be directly responsible. All the third party APIs will be provided by us. Multiple milestones will be created for timely delivery and effective payment utilisation. **** *The freelancer who will be awarded the project needs to understand that we would be communicating everything over the freelancer website only. Skype sessions can be done for better project understanding. Max time to deliver website is 30 days and another 30 days for delivery of mobile application. No payment will be made outside freelancer website. We need to be in direct touch with the coder, designer and the entire team working on the project. This project may require you to work outside your business hours as well.
