Event website for autumn 2018.

I need a website to present an event that is planned to happen next september. The presenter will be giving a series of conferences and the event is planned for 3 days. We need a multilanguage website. We need a program page, Information about the event (another page), weekly blog before the event (another page), testimonials (another page), simple registration form (to get to know basic information and statistics of how many people will attend the event) (another page). We will provide all the content, and translated content, also photos, or other media. We do not want the project built on Wordpress, as we need it hacker safe, and very secure. We are open to hear suggestions, however we have been adviced to use Javascript technologies and static page generators for security purposes and fast loading times. As we can get help in Javascript locally we want to avoid Php or other CMS based on Php. Security, reliability and speed will be very important to have. Thank you.
