Explorer: A music streaming service. (someone please help me change the name)

Creating a music streaming service that is free for users, takes in revenue, and still makes reasonable payouts to artist/rights-holders. More details upon application for a position. Here's what im looking for in detail: Looking for a programmer/developer/coder? (i'll be honest, i really don't know the distinctions) who is capable, or competent in design as well, with an amount of knowledge in the technology behind music streaming, & proof of some ability to build such services. Someone is fits the job description, but also has deep domain expertise, to be able to pinpoint solutions, & know what/who is needed even when they cannot complete the task themselves: -effective programmer[(/developer?) if you really want to prove yourself competent you should answer this question for me and clearly identify yourself which of 2 it is I am looking for] for ios applications, and web would also be helpful as an added bonus -also effective in design -Knowledge, or experience in music streaming; some level of competence -Deep domain expertise; knowledgeable in all things tech, or on the tech side of things for development -proficient and knowledgeable in the use of algorithms -willing to start from scratch -willing to get invested in a long term venture -willing to possibly even co-found a company -willing to be paid in equity >expected to develop a prototypical interface with all core, rudimentary functions, such as music listening, searching, selection, and possibly elements of storage built in a relatively short amount of time. (nothing fancy just yet, were starting small until I find you.)
