Fix Website Problems (Mobile Display ONLY)

I am currently having issues with my website, when using from a mobile device. [login to view URL] Issue one - Drop down menu box. The website has a drop down box menu which helps users select that qualification they are looking for either in regards to posted jobs or profiles. The box title is 'Qualifications' this is found on both the 'Home' page and 'Find an Arborist' page. When drop box is opened to view different listing 'Qualifications' is pre selected as a search option. This default makes all profiles and job adds un-viewable until deselected. Correction: - 'Qualifications' should remain as a title for the box but not a selectable option. - No listing options such as 'ABA - A1 Tree... etc' should be preselected. - All Job adds and profiles should be viewable, unless search filters are selected. Issue two - 'Apply for job' and 'Contact' link not working. Hyperlink feature for 'Apply for job' on a job add or 'Contact' on a users profile does not work. (See desktop website for working hyperlinks) Issue three - 'Choose a category' title not visible on drop down box 'Choose a category' title on 'Find an Arborist' page for the drop down box is not visible on mobile devices. As mentioned before this is not to be a selectable option, but just a title for the drop down box. Please Note... All these issues are only found when using a mobile device, android shows these errors, not sure if apple does also. Website is working correcting on desktops. Mobile display and functions need to match desktop display and functions.
