High Fidelity UX Design needed for cinema and filmmaking site.

I’m looking for a UX designer or web designer with strong UI/UX capabilities. Candidates must be fully fluent in English. I need you to produce a polished, high fidelity prototype of my new site which I will build and use to gather feedback from a potential audience. This feedback will be used to then design a full version 1 site later as a separate job posting. Key to this project is designing a successful UI - please pay careful attention to the UI section below. I have published a (very) rough, prototype version of the site online to demonstrate core functionality which I will share with candidates. I'm looking to transform this prototype into something more professional with an intuitive, clean interface and UX design. Only desktop designs are required at this stage. Responsive, mobile designs will be needed later. From a design perspective, the core aim is replicating the ease and speed of using a book index for finding information. Visitors should be able to flip between navigation themes and categories easily, drilling up and down the different levels of the index effortlessly. These sites are often passion projects, small in scale or simply rely on word of mouth and thus have low SEO scores, especially for common terms where larger, blander corporate websites or stock websites have prominence. The website is a discovery tool for filmmakers and movie enthusiasts - a hub which visitors can use to find links to curated, specific film and cinema knowledge spread across different mediums.
