Interior hi-res renderings in VIZ/3DS MAX

I have an ongoing need for photorealistic interior renderings. I work with some of the largest homebuilders in the US and we provide exterior renderings of homes they plan to build in VIZ and 3DS MAX from CAD plans. We need someone with great lighting skills and experience to do the interiors. We need single-frame images from each corner of main living areas/rooms in average to upscale homes. The homes can often be furnished from libraries of furniture, but sometimes the client asks us to create the exact furnishings they will place in the home once it is built. Each house is defined as a project. Turnaround time is generally one month on a project, with around 25 images in the project. There is more time given for projects that require the furniture to be modelled.
