Hello, I am interested to work for you. I can make the following pages, php / jquery / ajax scripts and mysql database: 1. Page with registration form - after user submit data user will receive email with link to activate account, data will be stored in mysql databae 2. The activation page - access that page is executed from the link in the email to verify user account which user receive after register 3. The login page with login form, link to reset password, and link to register new account - only users whose activate account can login. 4. Page for resetting passwords - request for new password, password will be sent on user mail if user enter valid username and email address. 5. Simple page where access is allowed only for logged in users - as an example of how you can restrict access to web pages only to registered users, any other users may be redirected to the login page. The registration page and page to request a new password will use Google Captcha. Given your very low budget, the web pages would have a simple html with basic css, just with basic design, almost no design, only layout.
