New Joomla Site & Template w Blogs, Mobile interface & Social integration

I need a CrossFit website as soon as possible, but we have very little money. We don’t want recurring charges. We already have a hosting company that we’ve had for years and have a good deal. We’d like to be able to manage most things, but would like to contact you for occasional complicated (for our non-tech savvy staff) upgrades and updates as needed. We think we'd like a Joomla Site and like the ease, usability & functionality of wordpress but we’re open to suggestions. It just has to be easy for many non-technical team members to easily update, upgrade and manage. Our webhost supports joomla, drupal, and a bunch of other things like that. It would be great if it had a mobile interface as well for easy updates and upgrades by team members from their androids & iphones. We frequently post from our mobile phones (android, blackberry & iPhone) to the website blog entries with photos, text and videos, as seen on the [login to view URL] site that we like.
