Rebuild an existing website using HTML5/ CSS3

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BIDDING I need an existing website remade in HTML5/ CSS3. I am expecting the following from the freelancer or the team bidding: 1. Exceptional design skills. The website must be elegant and at par with modern HTML 5 CSS3 standards with JS and ajax subtle animations as applicable. 2. Design HD images for header banners and home page sliders. Other than that the website itself will NOT contain a lot of images. 3. Intelligent content structuring and suggestions from your side. I need you to give me some layout suggestions on structuring the text content. I know what I am looking for and how it should be however, I need your suggestions as well. 4. Share references on HTML5/CSS3/ Bootstrap sites that you have already created. Will provide further details and answer all your questions upon receiving your proposal.
