Refresh Magento template and add features

Hi, we want to update our Magento template to look more modern and European style as we are splitting our 5,000 items in 10 smaller websites. So we want a main website with all items and like 10 sub-websites with the same feel and look, but only with a portion of the items and a different domain name. Besides the main template that we can use for all websites we also need some re-design to show the customers some things better and make it easier. 1. Change colors of existing logo (available in AI) 2. Change basic colors of existing website and fonts (Bree for headings, titles and another one for the text) 3. Mega-menu (it's already built in the template, but needs to be set up correcty) 4. Menu is now on top of our site, but needs to be moved to the left 5. Button on top to show whole assorttment (so people can choose other products when they are on a sub-website 6. Redesign of standard Magento account details and cart button on the right top 7. Redesign of banners on right side of homepage 8. Show banner with 5 best selling items, their reviews (and on the main website on what subsite they can be found) 9. Show banner with 5 featured products, their reviews (and on the main website on what subsite they can be found) 10. Update and re-order current product page which must be easy to read and with inventory info in colours, for example 0 in stock shows red, 5 in stock shows orange and 10 in stock shows green (without showing the actual stock level) 11. When customer purchases item he must come to a screen with optional products or bargains, this also pretty much exists in the current template, must must be set up and activated. 12. Update the Idev checkout page Overall a very nice project to make sure the customer has the best customer journey when buying from us :-). We will launch an extra 75+ websites in the years to come so please include some of your portfolio and references when bidding and think about the future that we can have together!
