Revamp Website (Contents, template provided)

I need a designer to UNDERSTAND the following first: Firstly, this job will requires you to Install our software and understand our software first. (You will need to do screenshot too). We will guide you online on how our system works. Secondly you need to understand the attached PDF of the contents. Current attached jpgs all have PSD format, however the last designer did not do a good job in expressing what this software does. You do not need to design the header and footer anymore (besides changing to responsive pages). You will need to modify the images to relevant images, excite the contents text with icons and creative fonts sizing or colours. As you can see, current PSD is like copy and paste the junk of text and place it at the right hand side of an image. This kind of traditional template based site is no longer acceptable. Include diagram in each page (Example: government grant process/cycle, E-Menu process/cycle , CRM module process/cycle, wholesaler process/cycle, table booking process/cycle, centralize pos system process/cycle excite the contents with icons and creative fonts sizing or colours. Also add screenshot or cropped screenshot on relevant text covering the features.
