Talented artist wanted for coffee brand

Hello! We are looking for a talented artist to create Day of the Dead style illustrations for our coffee brand. These illustrations will be used on both the packaging of the coffee we retail but also homewares such as mugs. We would retain the reproduction rights to any work submitted. We are looking for something quite specific in terms of style - please see attached for example. The initial project we propose is an illustration of Pug in the cited style. If this works well, there would be ongoing work, as we would like illustrations for more dog breeds. As such we are keen to find an easy-going, talented artist that has good communication skills, to build a long term working relationship. Correspondence would be carried out over email mostly but we could jump on a Skype call to catch up periodically. Renumeration is for 1 drawing intially. I am open to negotiating a fair price for both of us and for the right person. As I mentioned, a successful applicant has a high chance of further work. We welcome your bids.
