Vector Illustrations Needed - Long term relationship

I have 50 photographs that need to be traced with adobe illustrator and made vector.I need some photos to be made into silhouettes and all in [login to view URL] should be simple with not alot of [login to view URL] illustrations should not contain any brand sign/logo/copyright materials that will cause a copyright problem or any other unexpected problem. I would like the bidder to show that they can do what i want so please download my uploaded file and change into a colour vector illustration. 1. Save your vector illustration as an .EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) file. Your EPS file should be saved as an AI8 compatible EPS. 2. Open the file in Adobe Photoshop and create a 380 pixel (wide or tall depending on the orientation of your illustration) RGB JPEG preview of your file. 3. Place your EPS into a folder and ZIP the folder. After this project is finished i do have many other projects so i need someone long-term. Thank you Blaine
