web application with Clickable US map in php or .net

Requirement: The Projects requirement is to create a web application which has a clickable US map. Detailed Description: [login to view URL] I click a particular state ,a particular parameter would be passed to the procedure (SQL)and the corresponding data for the state would be displayed. [login to view URL] I click the state Texas, the map has to be drilled down and I should see the Texas state map with clickable county's. When I click a particular county, a parameter should be passed which will bring the data from the stored procedure in the database(SQL). Drill down feature should be present only for Texas state. (You don't have to worry about the stored procedure or the logic as you can create dummy tables which shows some values when states or county's are clicked. I just need you to create an application which is dynamic and brings data from the database) [login to view URL] I hover over a state ,the description of the state should be displayed. You can refer the below URL as I need the project's output similar to the below given example. The additional features you will be adding is the drilling down of Texas state where county's can be clicked and you will be adding a hover feature in the states.
