Website for car rental in C# .Net

The projet should be impelemented using .net MVC using visual studio 2015. I need a expert company with good portfolio in .net MVC and electronic payment using bank card (debit and credit card) and paypal. I will check references and that you realy make it. Experience in SEO is an advantage. Project should be acheived in one month. The project is a Website for car rental. This is a big ans serious project. It may contains more than 30 screens and a lot of features. I will only note main features here. Detailed specification will be sent in private message. I will send a website link to use it as reference to make something like it but using your own graphical design. Make sure that you are able to provide a nice and simple graphical design. May be I will need some propositions (I will check that it is not used before in other website). Don't forget to consider the smartphone web version. This is the first step of the project. Main features are: - user subscription + login - car owner add their cars for rent indicating car information and price per day and their address and car disponibility. - users search for nearst cars to the indicated address and request rental (searching result will use google map API to display result sin a map). - car search using other criterea like car model ect … - Home page will contains: quick search by address + a map of France country to make search by city + search by car model + last car rentals done. - user make payment using bank card or PayPal if car owner accept request. - car rental contract generation. Hmtl + pdf formt. - user rating. Car owner will give renter a note after giving back the car. Same thing renter will give note ans comment to the car owner. - Each user will have a dashbord divided in 2 sections: one fore car owner profile and another one fot car renter profile. In this dashbord he find all his archive of car renting, requests, payments ect ... - internationalisation: i need the website use 2 langages, english and frensh.
