XML MLS Rets feed to MySQL dB The script will populate a MySQL database running on a dedicated Centris server with real estate listing data using the rets standard. The script will have 2 main functions 1. Full database download. Query all active listings (approximately 5000 results) will have to be done in batches and parsed into a MySQL database 2. Update database. The query will search for updated listings from the last update date time. Listings that are no longer active will have to be removed. Updated listings will need to be updated. New listings will be added. Images associated with listings will have to be downloaded as well The update script should be run every 15minutes Php preferred Thank you for your time. I might have worked with them in the past - why only 5k listings? is this just for a small area? - you have a dedicated server just for this project?
