We about to launch a ground-breaking Sport for Development Initiative using rugby as a platform to deliver key leadership and life-skills to children and youth. We would like to commission a brief animated Explainer Video to provide an overview of our initiative including: a few background points, our partnership with other organisations/donors, an explanation of the proposed project in Laos and Viet Nam, and the proposed program to scale-up regionally.
