You are likely to get in trouble trying to pull the game off that site and put it on yours. Good news is that it would be really easy to redo. I would write it in C and compile it to webassembly which would also make it really efficient. Graphics aren't really my specialty but I could improve the ones on the game currently which would keep you out of trouble.
