Build an Online Store -- 2

My sister and I are in the planning phases of launching an online hair extensions business. We're hoping to launch at the beginning of the year. We're looking for a company that can provide custom web design and branding with an open source ecommerce cart that eliminates the need for an ecommerce product. We would also like to be able to load products and update the site on our own without any advance technical skills. Branding is very important to us. Building on our name, Privileged, we want to be sure that the concept is carried throughout the site and more. Privileged to us is about providing a great product to the 'Privileged' few that take advantage of the opportunity to buy it. It has a lot to do with luxury, elitism, etc. I've attached screenshots of a site's layout that we like. I've also attached a copy of our logo. We need creative ideas to connect our brand with the public through our ecommerce site. We would like customers to be able to use an online concierge to 'create their look' similar to the image I attached. They would need to click on a hairstyle, and that should filter a list of products that matches. We also would like them to click on a link to visit the boutique directly if they prefer that route. We have a list of features that we would need built into the development, and have attached it. We would love to receive a quote on developing our site.
