Edit a Wordpress theme and make some changes to the content

Can you please copy the menus in PDF format to text format onto the new site. The original menus can be found here: [login to view URL], please copy and format the text to the new seperate pages. For example, please copy this PDF [login to view URL] to this page: [login to view URL] 2. Can you please adjust the spacing of all of the pages. I would like the header to be closer to the top of the page. Can you please look at the attached image to see an example of how I would like it to look. 3. I would like to have the option of a sidebar on all pages. Currently, with this theme, the sidebar only appears when you select the 'posts' page. However, I would like to have the option of have or not to have the sidebar depending on the particular page. 4. Finally, once these three tasks are completed, I would like your assistance to transfer this testing site [login to view URL] to [login to view URL], this will only be done once the site is signed off and I will give you the login details when needed.
