Tweek my magento website

I have a magento website that needs to be tweaked a little. All changes must also change on the mobile site as well. Please inbox me for web address. Design 1. Change all buttons on the website and customer account Cart except for a few that I will specify. 2. Gold line on header and footer is not the same color. 3. There are gold lines on some pages that are thick that I would like made thinner 4. Change the way the menu bar transitions when you scroll down ( I have example) 5. Redesign bag to make sleeker. When mouse hovers over bag it should scroll down (I have example). 6. Stop site from taking you to the cart page when you add an item to cart. 7. Remove links from 4 icons at the bottom of the page. 8. The page navigation isn't consistent on all pages ex: Home > Products > Fiona. Make all font grey. 9. Drop down bag needs an X next to product so that the customer can remove product if they like. 10. Remove 4 links from account page. 11. Line up add bag button under "select shade" 12. Change font and color in drop 13. Remove arrows from "description" and "ingredients" and change font from pink to grey. 14. Change font on website. Contact page 1. Make comment box match up to others in size. 2. Add order # box above message box but make it optional. 3. Remove words "contact us form" 4. Create space at the top of contact us form (I will explain). Cart 1. Add update bag button & remove the edit text. 2. One item left should only show when there is one item is stock. sold out message should only show if the item is sold out. Checkout Page 1. Change text on Reviews 1. change date format 2. change color of Leave review? customer remove "customer reviews" 3. nickname not appearing when someone leaves review. Demo name is showing only. Do not bid less and then ask for money money if you are chosen. Do not ask me to pay with PayPal after you are chosen.
