Need a Designer to design a Illustrated Book

We need an illustration artist to design around 60 fully illustrated vector pages. I will provide the style I need for the girl an boy characters, the rough explanatory sketch for each of the pages we need. But mostly it would be very close to lost name book format where a character would be handing over the character of the names to the kid. The concept of the book remains the same its the style, story and full change in the characters as we do not want to copy them from any ways it would be just the idea we are taking from their. Ideal person for the job: - Need to show characters designs with complete Character sheet - Need to help develop the character for boy and girl - Each girl and boy will have 5 variation of hair color and style with and without specs as well choice of 5 different skin tone for both characters - One thing to keep in mind this variations would apply to every page position the kid if standing in front of the character. So we need every layer separate. - Need beautiful landscape and background design with elements to compliment the designs. - I would give rough sketches for each of the pages and the dimenstion we need for the book printing. - Total of 60 pages would be required. Only interested and serious people bid who can show real samples of what they can offer as this is an ongoing work and a long term we dont need any inexperienced people to work with. Quality is a must. If we do not see the quality we will immediately cancel the job. And no payment would be made. We would only start and communicate with people ready to show samples.
