The 3D models can be done with different levels of detail, with different costs: Conceptual > Very basic 3D model. No details (windows, doors, etc) just shapes. No render. Detailed > Detailed model. Basic render. Photo realistic Rendering > Very detailed model. Photo realistic render. The number of revisions, the price and the time of delivery will always depend on the size of the project.
