Need help in attracting real affiliates to market my website

Hi. I need your help in gaining US-based affiliates (publishers) who will actively promote my website (the website will be provided via PMB but it's in an upcoming, internet-related category). I am looking for as many people as possible to sign up for the affiliate program and market the site (they must be real people and have a true interest in signing up for, and promoting the program). I can provide email tools, brochures, etc... I need to see at least 1 new publisher sign up every day, for 7 straight days, within 2 months of the project starting. Once this occurs, payment will be released*. If 2or more publishers sign up every day for 7 straight days, within 2 months of the project starting you will receive a 30% bonus of the final bid price. Please PM me with information on how you intend to market this program to potential affiliates, and I will provide you with the program details. Everything has to be 100% White Hat, legal, legitimate and within the standard TOS of affiliate programs, Google, etc.... Any and all affiliate sign-ups must be genuine (no signing up for fake accounts, etc..). *I will monitor their traffic and conversion ratios for 60 days after they sign up and if I deem the accounts to be fake, payment will not be released).
