Jack of all Trades

Hello, We’re hiring a “jack of all trades” with profound skills in Internet (digital) marketing and project management. We are launching our first program by the end of this week, and we at least 10 more programs in the pipeline. This is a virtual position, tailor-made for an independent contractor, because what is a part-time job today will definitely turn into a fulltime job tomorrow, and you shouldn’t’ be afraid to make overtime either! If both parties are satisfied, this job eventually may develop to the position of managing director. As a Program Manager you must have experience running both large and small-scale events, a thirst for building processes from the ground up, the ability to support multiple projects and people at once, and a passion for early-stage startups and investing. In addition to project management skills and a can-do attitude, self-directed quality machine with a relentless, collaborative and positive attitude, awesome organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail. You should be a go-getter, an out of the box thinker, and find the humor in chaos. As a marketer you MUST have experience driving traffic to websites! • Defining and executing internet marketing campaigns on behalf of our various programs • Market and audience research to develop strategy and tactics • On-site advice in areas such as content marketing, information architecture and technical issues • Off-site strategies for content promotion, link acquisition, brand coverage • Defining ways to increase measurement and influence throughout the entire customer lifecycle The position requires superior communication (must be fluent in English), interpersonal & computer skills, a bias toward taking the initiative while using good judgment, and a mindset of no job is above or below your job description. The ideal candidate is able to routinely just “get things done” under ambiguous, time-constrained circumstances. You must have a reliable internet connection at the place where you will be working. You must be able to work independently, prioritize, and exercise good judgment and the ability to juggle multiple projects and aggressive deadlines while working from a quiet area inside your own home of office. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, WordPress, Twitter, Facebook, etc… Some of the skills, knowhow and basic experience we are looking for: 1) Hiring and Managing Staff 2) Virtual Assistance 3) Web Research 4) Data Mining, Data Entry and Data Processing 5) Website Management 6) SEO Consultancy 7) Social Media Marketing and Email marketing 8) Knowledge of WordPress, Joomla, Magento. Shopify, Opencart, Zencart 9) Experience in selling on Amazon and eBay 10) Experience with Mailchimp, Aweber etc. 11) Experience with Customer Support programs, like Kayako As a start-up company our budget is low, which automatically means that we cannot afford high or even moderate salaries. Like everybody else in our company you will start on a small salary, but these wages will grow as the company grows, higher than average if we produce higher than average.
