This is the first stage of a project for the generation of traffic for a European Academic site. You will only get paid when there are results, if you do not agree with this please do not bid, please read the payment description at the bottom.

2. Think about if you feel it is possible to achieve a 1st page result and how much quality traffic would be generated, (obviously we will negotiate with you on the best keyword/phrase but the project is for 6 keywords/phrases minimum.)

- Can you achieve 1st page result with these keywords/phrases and how much quality traffic can be generated?
- How much it will cost in total?
- How long it will take for search engine position and traffic generation?
- How you are going to achieve the ranking and the traffic generation?
(This does not need to be long only a few sentences.)

• Weekly progress reports.
• Only White Hat SEO, no experiments, proven techniques only, no software submission.
• Quality traffic from Europe, not Asia, India etc.
• No spam sites, forums, adult, illegal, farms, rings and blogs made for posting links. No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, string parameters. No links from: article sites, torrent sites, forums, newsgroups, web rings, ping sites, paid traffic sites, sites that will ask for money later, contextual ad sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc, link directories, farms or exchange programs, banned, illegal or unethical sites e.g. porn, gambling, violent, etc.
• We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. That link will need to be replaced by the bidder.
• Google guidelines must be followed and in no way should be compromised. Linked sites must be English language sites which are established, fully active and search engine friendly (must be indexed and cached by Google within last 30-60 days).
• Links must be active, permanent and static HTML.
• Maximum 1 link per domain with domains being from different IP addresses.
• No links on pages with more than 50 external links on them.
How payments will work:
• Payment will be released only after reports submitted and we verify the backlinks and white hat methods.
• If the agreed keywords/phrases have reached 2rd page and there is an agreed increase in the traffic, you will receive 20% of the payment.
• If the agreed keywords/phrases have reached 1st page and generated agreed volume of quality traffic you will receive 50% of the payments
• If the agreed keywords/phrases continue on 1st page with the agreed volume of quality traffic are maintain for 8 weeks the fully payment will be issued with the opportunity to continue onto the second stage of the project if you wish.
