SEO required to get it on Google first page

I currently have TWO Real Estate home search sites that I need to get completely SEO friendly from ground up to place on first page of major search engines!! Bidder must be US English Level 1 and above. No exceptions. SEO keywords, SEO Articles and Link Building for Real Estate site (in USA) I require an expert to carry out SEO and link building Min. 500 permanent links for EACH site. Only High quality, one-way, static html links. Performance: Average 100 links per day ALL of these PERMANENT links should be placed on site's MAIN PAGE PR4+ and NOT in any sub domain or subpage SHOULD BE WHITE HAT ONLY PLEASE The links must be 1.
