Hello there, I can definitely help you send emails to auto maintenance shops, tire dealers and all your target market. It seems like the main issue here is deliverability. I have sent emails successfully to over 35.000 people for a client in Santa Barbara that had the same issue. MailChimp is pretty bad at the delivery. I would first advise you to switch emailing software. Second thing is, email providers don't like attachment like pdf and they get flagged very easily. I would advise that you create a landing page and keep your email body as simple and straight forward as possible. That's just some thoughts out of your description, and I will explain more to you if we get to have a chat. This project is also likely to cost more than $300. I will need to spend time retailoring your email and testing version to make sure which one will get the highest answer and delivery rate. But this won't cost you more than $1000.
