Your responsibilities: 1. SEO strategy has to be approached keeping these three key areas in mind - Technical: structure and architecture of the site which can determine how easy or difficult it will be for search engines to crawl the site - On-page optimizations (making sure internet properties such as HTML tags etc meet best practices for SEO. - Off-page optimizations (organic link building etc) 2. Collaborate with team to develop content strategies and other optimization opportunities 3. Identify conversion based changes and optimization within the site and achieve changes. Iteration encouraged. 4. Review and analyze company website for areas that need to be detailed or improved 5. Provide and organize comprehensive SEO reports 6. Promote activities and interactions that build ranking and increase awareness of the company's profile 7. Achieve the company goal for top 5 ranking of in search results for a list of keywords provided by the company. Target to be achieved for 100% of keywords. 8. Have a good understanding of the online travel industry. We will require 1. At least three references from past clients you have successfully completed an SEO project for. 2. Providing details of the project for verification will be given preference. 3. White Hat strategy 4. A complete Elance profile 5. Strong communication and organizational skills 6. A mutually acceptable payment term 7. clause in contract for early termination. 8. A concrete handover plan and transfer of all content and knowledge at the end of the project.
