Job Summary We are looking for Customer Contact Agents to join us immediately to deliver essential government support services. If you have the right to work in United States, Canada, United Kingdom, possess exceptional customer service skills and want to make a difference helping people access vital government services, join us and apply now. You enjoy speaking on phone, solving problems, and delivering solutions-based customer service outcomes, working in a supportive call center environment. Your engaging phone manner and quick, yet measured thinking will help callers towards a resolution, making a difference every day. About the Role This role is a work from home-based opportunity which you can do from anywhere in United States, and Canada, providing you have access to a suitable ergonomic environment where you can work effectively and safely from home, have access to either NBN or ADSL internet service, plus you have the right to work in United Kingdom. You will be taking calls from members of the public and supporting them across a broad range of queries, helping the Victorian community to remain healthy and safe. You will be well supported with training, knowledge documents & scripts, and coaching & team leader support. Successful candidates will : Have the highest levels of personal integrity, resilience, empathy and ethical behavior Be available to work a rotating roster consisting of early, late and weekend shifts between 8am-8pm (AEDT), 7-days a week The ability to follow processes and scripts, solve problems and be motivated to provide great customer service Experience in handling customer service interactions, preferably within a contact center environment The ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality The ability to demonstrate composure and tolerance when handling difficult calls The ability to navigate through multiple computer applications during customer interactions.
