Write an iPad application

Introduction The client wish to have a iPad mobile app for its sales team (Agent) to replace currently manual sales order form filling. The current method is manually done and prone to human error for processing. Requirements 1. The mobile app is for Apple iPad devices with WiFi/3G connections. 2. The mobile app support portrait orientation only. 3. The mobile app should support Online processing. Meaning Agent needs to have a consistent data connection when using the mobile app. 4. To have sales personnel (Agent) login first by entering username and password before using the mobile app. The login is remembered, where next time Agent will login automatically when app is launch. Logout feature is available. 5. When create a new sales order, Agent needs to fill up the customer details by searching the customer name or customer code. 6. If the customer is a new customer, Agent can create the customer using the mobile app. Agent needs to fill up details of Company Name, Address and Email Address. 7. The selected Customer should display together with the Address for Agent to verify the correct Customer is being selected. 8. Agent ables to browse through product categories to find a product, and display the product details. 9. User can do a searching on the product via the product name or product code. 10. The product listing or search result should show product image and product name. 11. In product details, the mobile app should show the product images, product name, description and product code. 12. Agent can add the product into a shopping cart after selecting the necessary details of the product like Size, Colour, Shape, Quantity and Price. The price has 2 types - Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and Flooring Price (FP). Agent can adjust the RRP when place the order. But any amount below the FP, will be defaulted to FP. 13. Agent can add multiple products into the shopping cart, and edit/remove them from shopping cart. 14. There is a Remark field in the sales order for Agent to fill up additional details. The font of this field can be modified to attract Administrator attention. For example, changing the font size, font colour, or bold. 15. Show the sales order is confirmed, Agent can submit the sales order details to the headquarter, or Agent can choose to save the order as draft, and submit the sales order later. 16. When new order is submitted to Server, an email (with the order) will be sent to Administrator email address (Administrator that assigned to the Agent and a backup Administrator). The Agent also can choose email is to be carbon copy (cc) to the Customer when submit order to Server. 17. New order should be assigned with a unique Order Number, starting from 000001, incremental by 1. 18. For new customer, the Agent Code, Customer Code and Terms are empty. Administrator will need to enter the value, or generate them from accounting system and enter into server. Terms can be one of the following choices - 30 days, Cash Before Delivery, Cash On Delivery. 19. Draft sales order can be edited later before submit to headquarter. 20. The sales order is stored in Server located at server hosting/cloud, which later Administrator can view for further processing. 21. At Server, Administrator needs login to access by entering username and password. 22. Administrator can view all sales order, including the past sales order history. 23. The mobile app allows Agent to view order history of his customer, so that he able to find out what was being ordered previously, together with the date and price. 24. The mobile app and admin page can view the order history group by item ID. Meaning by Item ID, it can show the selected customer past order date, quantity and price.
