I would like to develop a mobile application for iOS and Android platforms that will be able to capture the coordinates of the device and send them to a dedicated server. The app should have also the next features integrated: - a button to trigger an alarm that will be transmitted to server and to a telephone number; - should not affect to much the lifetime of the battery; - the user interface should not show that the app run; - automatic boot with saved settings when the device will be restarted; - the user should be able to set the running mode: ex.: save battery mode, exactly mode etc. Deadtime: 1 month Budget: 300-500 EUR

What is difference between serious proposal and generic proposal? It is depends on you how you take it Sometimes , Good Proposal can be ignored which may cause wasting of time and money Is provider selection and shortlisting time consuming ? Will it takes more time , but not more than wastage time due to wrong provider selection. Take a deep breath , Quality does matter for everything I have read recent survey on SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle ) , 90% of project fail due to unorganized and not well execution Lets straight to project description
