Create a customisable 'Dental Practice Template' App

I'm looking for a long term partner in a very exciting business venture. The partner must be a very skilled App Developer/Designer specialising in iPhone/iPad/iPod/Android friendly apps. The winning freelancer will be my long term partner and will benefit hugely as I will have hundreds/thousands of customers waiting! I want you to create an app template for a dental practice, which will then be able to be customised for each and every dental practice customer.
