Write an iPad application

Dear Freelancer, please read before you bid !!! I would need an APP, which can scan information within another APP running. I am playing the game "Mobile Strike". This is an online game for iPhone, iPad and Android. The game is started by clicking the available APP on my mobile phone. During playing I wish to have certain information, which usually cannot be find out during palying. "Mobile Strike" is a war game. You are running a base which you need to protect against other bases or you attack with your base other bases. I would like to use another app, which scans the whole map (inside Mobile Strike app) and find bases which can be attacked. I as a player can decide whether I protect my base using so called "shields". Those shields makes it impossible that other players can attack my base. However, those shields do have a certain lifetime, like 8 hours or 24 hours. If I am an attacker I as a player therefor never know when a base which I would like to attack has dropped the shield, because the timer has been running out or the opponent player is online himself and has dropped his shield manually. And this is the information I want: (you need to code) - I mark a base I would like to attackl - I run the new app (coded by you), and that app follows that opponent base whereever it goes on the map and informs me when the base has dropped the protection shield - I receive that information through a messenger or whatever is suitable Please let me know if you are interested and please ask questions if needed.
