I have 13 years of design/3D Modeling experience primarily related to manufacturing and mechanical processes. I also design and 3D print components for a car parts wholesaler. I can print in ABS, Nylon, and PLA. I am familiar with electronics and have completed several arduino projects for use with my 3D Printer. I design in solidworks 2013 and I am familiar with requirements for drawings to submit to manufacturers. The timeline I have listed will need to be flexible depending on the scope and complexity of details for this project that have yet to be disclosed. I would hope we can complete this quickly, but by the description I have taken my best guess.

Hi: I made hundreds of prototype for USA patent company. The client only have an idea, and I will make the idea into production in CHINA. The processing steps is like this: Confirm the product function----> Impression drawing with the funtion description----->Purchasing components, and design the product structure,Strucuture prototype-----> Pre assembly, Inspect product and Improve product design----->Make prototype again, and experiment the product----->Till OK----->Mold making----->Package design----->Production ---->Delivery.
